The park’s Diesel-Powered Mini Train will be a great way to teach children about nature and technology. This diesel-powered train has been designed with your little ones in mind, making it fun for all guests! Your child can’t wait until you introduce them into this amazing world of engines that is full throttle racing through their imagination while they scream down the tunnel on board no less than twice per ride. For children under 42” tall, one adult must ride with them; otherwise, it would be too risky because of their small size.

Burlington City Park is a great place for kids to celebrate their special day. The Dutch Barn or Betsy Brown Chandler Memorial Gazebos can host up to 25 people, with seating arrangements that will accommodate 15 children per gazebo- but don’t worry if you’re having more guests. There are three picnic tables available outside of each structure, and they come fully stocked too; all we need from our friends before setting off into city park on this sunny summer afternoon in Burlington seamlessly fitted out as party hosts.
